“David, I would like to say that each and every time that I have called IEC for help whether I spoke with you or Bob or Gilbert everyone has been wonderful. Bob has helped me through several situations and has never made me feel that I was a bother to him. The system is really great to work with and has so many valuable tools that I did not even know were available. You both have been so helpful and kind when I have called, even if it is a very minor problem you take the time to help me get it worked out.
